About Yoga with Nadine

I am a fully certified and insured yoga teacher. I also practice Sports Massage, which combined with yoga, offers Yoga Therapy.

I previously enjoyed high energy and high impact sports such as Triathlon, where I recognised my passion for yoga, which engages the mind, body and soul. As is the case with many people who find themselves on the path of yoga, it was a gradual change of direction for me. Since practicing yoga, I have never felt stronger in mind and body!

Yoga with Nadine is open to all levels, with an emphasis on building strength and ensuring correct alignment and positioning in the asanas in a vinyasa style flow.

I believe that everyone can benefit from yoga, regardless of age or fitness. It complements other training programmes by improving flexibility and strength and also helps recovery from injury.

Yoga Nidra (Yoga Sleep) can be incorporated into classes that are longer than 60 minutes in duration. It is said that 30 minutes of Yoga Nidra is equivalent to more than 2-4 hours of quality sleep.
